Everything is so unpredictable. The shop I asked for vacancy might or might not accept me because I'm a former employee to be of their "rival" shop :/
Today I got "scolded" again. Well, it was indirectly though. The tauke used other people to scold me. You see, I was busy arranging new stocks on the rack and neglected the customers. The tauke saw this and told her son to tell me to look after the customers. Hence, I had to leave the stocks.
There's this thing I don't quite get. When I'm at the clothes department, I got scolded because I was looking after the customers and neglected the arranging duty. The tauke don't like to see any employees standing like pillars. They want everyone to be busy arranging anything that needs to be restocked or untidy while in the shoes department, the tauke prefer their employees to be "pillars" and neglect the arranging stuff. I just got scolded because I was restocking :/
The working world is very confusing.
I also noticed my colleagues being meaner and meaner towards me. I dunno why but I feel like they were talking behind my back because when they look at me from afar, I get this unfriendly look from them. Hmm... I guess I'm on my own now.
