That's what the doctor said, but I'm a bit skeptical though... I mean, it might be true, but then again, I think something more sinister is happening to me, like having some kind of vitamin deficiency. I goggled my symptoms and walah~ I was right all along! I have riboflavin or better known as vitamin B2 deficiency. It says I need to include more milk, cheese, wheat germ, yogurt, soybean, liver, and my favourite, mushrooms :) into my diet. By the way, all of the food mentioned above are all high-calorie food :S
