Today, I'll definitely finish my schoolwork. No fooling around until schoolwork is done >:D

Hana-Kimi!!!

It brought joy to my new year yesterday. Ahh~ ^^ 

I adored Ikuta Toma!!! *scream* He's the cutest and funniest Japanese actor I ever seen. I love him in Hana-Kimi :D  Nakatsu's quote, "I'm not a homo" XD

Today, I'm gonna make myself busy with schoolwork. Therefore, I guess that will fill my entire schedule for today :)

Gong Xi Fa Cai

Hahaha...I survived! XD

The ordeal wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I mean, everyone was friendly but there's still a bit of "whispering" going on. The theme for this year was "hey everyone, I brought along my boyfriend". Hmm...I can't help but to feel a bit envious :D

Anyway, I got my ang pows (not much but at least there's something) so, I'm pretty content :)

Chinese New Year's Eve

Tonight the Chinese will get together to eat dinner. So, everyone is in a New Year mood right now but not me. There's just something I dislike about it. I dunno...maybe its the fact that every Chinese New Year something bad will happen to my family. I don't even look forward for the ang pows. Now that Sis is in KL, I have to brace myself for tomorrow in that house. Even though there gonna be a lot of visitors & cousins (...I barely talked to) coming, I just can't help but to feel distant T_T

Healthy Again ^^

I'm so happy ^^ I'm healthy again ^^

No more paracetamol, flu pills and hopefully no more vomit pills :)

Its nice to know that there are more to life than medication :D

I've been absent from school for about 3 days straight (a personal record) and have been in and out of the clinic. Hence, next week, I'm gonna go full speed ahead ^^

Fever T_T

I was healthy on Friday but became very ill on Saturday. It sucked since that day was also a school day and attendant was compulsory :/ 

I was freezing, my joints hurt and have difficulty in breathing. For two days I started vomiting whatever I ate. My urine smell like coconut juice XD 

By the way, I'm on leave today ^^

Down The Drain

I had an accident while reversing my car at school today. I mean, 1/4 of the car's body  went down the drain. I was like, "help, anybody!!!" :O

Luckily, 3 strangers helped me and the car was saved with some minor sratches.

Anxiety

I forgot to bring my purse today T_T 

I noticed my pocket was extremely lighter than usual when I reached school in the morning. Thats when I realised I forgot the important stuff. Inside it was my identity card, driving license and some money T_T

I was scared that maybe the JPJ's might organize a road block along the way. It was nerve-wrecking.

Fortunately, nothing bad happen...^^

Sunshine :)

There's a beam of sunshine shining through the clouds :) ...but unfortunately my shoes are still wet XD I have no choice but to wear my old ones.

Some areas in Kuching were heavily flooded including daddy's workplace. He didn't exactly went to work today (he went awhile and then came back a hours later...).

I went to take my new MyKad today. My photo looks better here than in my previous MyKad :D 

After that, me, daddy and mommy went jalan-jalan. First we went to Everise in BDC (bought some bak po, ceramic filter, men's powder and tom yam paste), next, we went to Upwell in Tabuan Heights (bought my file) and later we went to Tabuan Jaya (bought some Mandarin oranges and a moon cake).

Cold

Im cold...so cold...my shoes still wet...lol.

Well, the weather was pretty bad. Hopefully there's no heavy rain tomorrow :)

Me, daddy and mommy went grocery shopping today. As usual, daddy and I went to our usual egg-seller. He (the egg Apek) showed us a notice saying there gonna be a mini concert organize by the Hawkers' Community tomorrow and invited us to come ^^

The concert will be held in the middle of the market where there is a stage with a guard keeping at eye for it. It seems like everyone is already in a new years' mood :D

Rain

Banjir ooo...banjir ooo...ban ban ban banjir ooo... XD

Its been raining for a week now. I love and hate it. Love it because its cool and feels nice (no sweating); hate it because my school's shoes is still damp and my uniform (the baju kurung's skrit) usually got wet when going out of the car after parking every morning :(

The low lands are (maybe) flooding right now. Hmm...good thing I live in the high ground :)

Its Building Up...

Homeworks, presentations, handouts, etc...Im a busy person right now :x

Regrets...

I failed (not exactly failed but I dislike my marks...) my history paper. Its because I got confused with the question thus giving a wrong answer for it. I was almost crying when I received the paper T_T 

I feel like jumping from the second floor when I knew 20% of these marks will be taken for the exams. If and ONLY if I knew it sooner, I'll be studying hard for it...

Well...can't do much about it anymore. I'll just have to swallow it and keep working harder :) (positive thoughts).

Constant Stomache

I've been expericing constant stomache almost everyday now T_T I'm so worried that it may affect my concentration during class...(it did actually).

It all started when I'd recovered from a fever a few days after Christmas :/

Hmm...I wonder if this actually a symptom for an underlying problems?

Monday and Today

On Monday, I drove to school by myself for the first time ^^ Quite cool but sadly it was also my first day of menstrual. I experienced a very bad stomach cramps  I ever had in 3-4 years ago? During General Studies' class, our teacher called us stupid since almost all of us barely passed his paper in last year's test T_T

Today is the second day I drove to school :) I'm still happy about it. Daddy said when I drove each morning, I forgot to turn on the light XP I taught me how to manuver the light thingy in the evening after came back from work (...so thats why I always felt that the road was a bit dark when I was driving, hmm...mystery solved XD)

Re-opening

The school gonna start officially tomorrow...so scary D:

Registration

I went to school today for Upper Six registration. I met with my classmates again :) The best part of all was I found out Ms. Normah gonna be our form teacher ^^ I drove to school and it was nerve wrecking :( but I made it :)

After paying for the registration, daddy and I went home to fetch mommy and together we went to Stutong Community Market. Today also the day my skirt is done. Daddy said the skirt was too short (personally I love it!!! ♥ ). Then, we went down and bought cakoi, veggies, poultry, fish and crabs :D

Kueh Tiaw Sauce

I had kueh tiaw sauce last night ^^

Today, I drive the red car around the neighbourhood in preparation for going to school next week and I'm really nervous X(

2009

Yesterday was the best new years eve I had in my life. It was awesome ^^ It happened around 5 minutes before midnight. Everyone was in a new year spirit. The sound of fire crackers were everywhere. 

Mommy, me and cousin Cica were visiting this relative house a few yards away from gramps'. There we were greeted by relatives. One relative was particularly funny. He was like, "aduh madis!" and shoke hands and gave high 5 upon seeing us. As soon as the clock struck 12, they started playing the big fireworks and the red ones that Chinese usually play on Chinese New Year. I find the way they played a bit dangerous as that after they lit the fire crackers, they'll threw it right under your feet! 

Another exciting thing was the "mandi bunga". They had prepared a basin of water filled with flowers and splash it at anyone close by. I got splashed too :) We (me, mommy and Cica) ran home to avoid being wet. 

As soon as we reached home, we find almost everyone was outside watching fireworks. After 10 minutes or so, everyone went in to sleep ^^

In the morning, I saw something cool *gasped* Grandpa went into his room and took out an ancient sword!!! I mean, a real ancient with a very beautiful detailed work on the handle sword!!! It was wrapped in an old cloth and looked a bit rusty. 

According to grandpa, the sword was used during the head hunting era. Grandma added by saying the sword had witnessed a lot of blood bath. When I asked mommy about it she said that the sword was actually belong to grandma's ancestors. It had been passed down in generation within her family and now its in her posession. Hmm...pretty cool :D

Grandpa put some oil on the blade to prevent it from rusting any further and wrapped in again with the old cloth. After that, he kept it back in his room. 

I thought for a while and concluded that the sword was most probably cursed or haunted XD
